Compression Therapy - Arms, Hips, & Legs
(Lymphatic Drainage/Massage)

Compression Therapy is a very-effective treatment to help improve blood flow, reduce inflammation and swelling, and relax and nurture injured and sore joints and muscles.

This therapy uses non-invasive, inflatable compression therapy garments to circulate pressurized air to the compressed areas.  This helps prevent blood from pooling and fluid from building up in these areas.

Arm Compression Therapy
(Lymphatic Drainage/Massage)
(Coming Soon)

The arm attachment feature five overlapping zones that deliver a tension-relieving massage to your hand, forearm, elbow, upper arm, and shoulder, and an elastic band with an adjustable buckle to hold the attachment to your body hands-free.

Arm Compression Therapy is perfect for decreasing the risk of orthostatic hypotension, improving and increasing blood flow, reducing edema (swelling), releasing blood clots from Deep-Vein Thrombosis (DVT), and in the hand, forearm, elbow, upper arm, and shoulder regions of the body.

Hip Compression Therapy
(Lymphatic Drainage/Massage)
$50 - Up to 45 Minutes

The hip attachment has two overlapping zones that  generate a deep compression massage that covers the quads, hamstrings, IT bands, glutes, and lower back, and two adjustable buckles ensure a snug and secure fit that's just right for you.

Hip Compression Therapy is excellent for relieving acute and chronic pain in the glute, hamstring, hip, lower back, and quad areas of the body. Leg Compression Therapy
(Lymphatic Drainage/Massage)

$50 - Up to 45 Minutes

The leg attachment features five overlapping zones that deliver a pressure-relieving massage to your ankles, calves, feet, hamstrings, and quads.

Leg Compression Therapy is excellent for relaxing sore legs and reducing leg pain. The leg compression attachment starts from the quadriceps and goes down to the feet providing a complete recovery solution for the lower-extremities of the body. This is also excellent for increasing circulation and reducing inflammation and swelling in the calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps regions of the body. Leg Compression Therapy also provides relief from ankle & foot pain and common athletic conditions and injuries such as plantar fasciitis and ankle sprains.

Leg Compression Therapy also aids in healing and preventing leg ulcers in addition to treating varicose veins. This therapy may also help prevent dizziness and nausea and reduce the risk of blood clots in the legs.

Leg Compression Therapy is perfect for decreasing the risk of orthostatic hypotension, improving and increasing blood flow, reducing edema (swelling), releasing blood clots from Deep-Vein Thrombosis (DVT), and in the lower extremities of the body (ankles, legs, feet).

Percussion Therapy
(Deep-Tissue, Myofascial Release)

$50 - 30 Minutes

Percussion Therapy involves the use of a high-powered percussion device with a very deep amplitude (wavelength) to improve blood flow and circulation, disband scar tissue, relax sore and tense muscles, relieve deep muscle knots, pain, and tension, and stimulate trigger points and muscles.

The increased blood flow helps accelerate the healing process to enhance the body's recovery.  This therapy is optimal for acute and chronic pain relief and muscle relaxation.

Red Light Cupping Therapy
(Photobiomodulation (PBM) + Cupping Therapy)

$45 - 20 Minutes

AFC's Red Light Cupping Therapy is a deep-tissue healing and restoration therapy that combines a dynamic suction, smart massage and Red Light Therapy, also known as Photobiomodulation (PBM), all-in-one session. This version of cupping still has the same array of benefits of traditional cupping (pain relief, and release of toxins), however, the addition of PBM makes our cupping the most effective by adding more benefits including, but not limited to, cellular repair, energy boosting, inflammation reduction, and provides lasting relief for acute and chronic pain.

Red Light Therapy is FDA-approved for pain relief and the improvement of musculoskeletal conditions and disorders such as arthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia. and tendonitis. This therapy is optimal for healing injuries and getting to the source of discomfort and pain as it heals at the cellular level. High amplitudes (wavelengths) of red and near-infrared light naturally energize the cellular metabolism of bones, joints, and muscles. The energy results in increased oxygenation of the bones, joints, and muscles which leads to accelerated and thorough healing of the injured areas.

Percussion Therapy +
Red Light Cupping Therapy

$90 - 50 Minutes

Percussion Therapy and Red Light Cupping Therapy are deep-tissue, myofascial releasing therapies that stimulate the muscles to improve blood flow and circulation to restore the restricted muscle movement. The increased blood flow from cupping and deep-tissue penetration power from percussion therapy both help speed up healing to the to help the body heal faster and thoroughly!

As previously mentioned, Red Light Therapy is FDA-approved for pain relief and the improvement of musculoskeletal conditions and disorders such as arthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia, and tendonitis. Red Light Cupping Therapy naturally centralizes blood to the affected areas and percussion therapy then re-distributes the blood to flush out inflammatory toxins and waste, ultimately resulting in increased comfort and mobility.

Stretch Therapy
$35 - 15 Minutes

Stretch therapy is the scientific application of these techniques to treat certain physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints. When performed properly, stretch therapy can help prevent injuries and improve performance.

Stretch Therapy is essential for improving blood flow and circulation to various areas of the body where there is a lack of circulation. Muscle stiffness is generally caused by a lack of movement, and when there is no movement, there is a lack of blood flow. By increasing blood flow, the muscles can function properly and perform at their best. Stretch Therapy helps increase blood flow to the areas lacking it and revive your muscles to prevent stiffness and increase flexibility for proper mobility.

Temperature Contrast Knee Therapy
(
Cryotherapy + Thermotherapy)
$40 - 30 Minutes

Temperature Contrast Knee Therapy is very beneficial for alleviating knee pain and inflammation. This treatment reduces inflammation and swelling rapidly by using alternating temperatures to speed up blood flow to generate more oxygen and nutrients to the affected areas.

Cryotherapy aids in muscle recovery and pain management. It can also help enhance mood, promote better sleep and boost in immunity.

The exposure to cold temperatures during cryotherapy causes widening and narrowing of the blood vessels. This leads to improved blood flow within the body. It helps to push a higher volume of blood cells to any injured muscles and joints. It can also help push blood flow to deeper muscle tissues that may have lower circulation. Increased blood flow allows the cells to deliver more oxygen and nutrients to the joints and muscles. This promotes healing, reduces soreness and lessens inflammation.

Heat therapy aids in reducing muscle pain or stiffness by increasing circulation and blood flow. Heat can also help relax and soothe muscles and injured areas. The two seamlessly work together to  help with the reducing inflammation and swelling of an injury while also increasing blood flow to help ease stiffness and soreness.
